Is Life perfect?


 Is life perfect?

Life is not as perfect as the picture above.The above pic has all beautiful elements.....a bright and perfect skyline,a little bit of water expanse and then the brown and green land,and,to go with it perfectly is the red beauty on four wheels.The overall look of the pic is beautiful and serene.Isnt it?

Life is imperfectly perfect... because sometimes it looks perfect and sometimes imperfect.

It's only when your mind is still that you get to contemplate on so many situations,so many characters in the drama called life.Nowadays,keeping our mind still is a big challenge for most of us.

It's only when our mind is not calm that the devil enters our mind and makes us do all the not-so- good things in life. Greed,selfishness,jealousy,doubt,anger.......all these negative emotions surface.Such people appear calm and happy from the outside but are they really so?Is the question!!!

Instead,we must quietly analyse the situations and take decisions which do not disturb others mentally.

Being quiet,being able to analyse dispassionately, surrendering to the one above are the best options.But,how many of us do that?

I am thankful to the one above that He has guided me throughout the roller-coaster ride of my life.Now,nothing matters.No negativity matters.

Instead of being angered by negative behaviour,I am able to pardon,understand the negativity and remain peaceful.

I only look at the good and the bright side of life,most of the times.I have noticed that my low moods,meloncholy times don't last for long because I have realised that any situation is not permanent.Its transient.I hold on to my wonderful memories,immerse myself in the activities that make me happy.There are many such activities.Thank the Lord,I am interested in diverse things.

I like to bare my thoughts in my blogs.Its a monologue.People can't be with you always.Isnt it? So it's best to have conversation with yourself and collect such varied thoughts in the form of  blogs so that you can go back to it,time and again......

Blogs,vlogs,art,a photo gallery,collection of songs etc make me feel good.So many  people live in my collection and so I feel that I am not alone.All these are my real treasures which cannot be stolen.These will remain with me till my end.

Patience unlimited

 I feel that I have developed unlimited patience over the years.Life teaches patience,tolerance and the attitude to ignore many things that are not palatable to us.The reason being,as we see more of life we realise that we can't change people around us, so if we have to deal with people who are a part of our living, we have to put up with lots of unpleasant things or their behavior that may hurt us. A person's behavior tells us more about that person,who ever it be....our own selves or others. I had known a wife who used to be constantly ridiculed by her husband for everything she said or did and that too in front of an audience of friends and the wife would always laugh it off.I used to admire that lady but her husband's behavior would irritate me.I think now I understand why she used to keep quiet and bear everything and smile it off.Their individual behaviours told us more about his personality and her personality.His behavior told us what an ill mannered and foolish  pe...

Is appreciation the end all and be all?

The title I gave this blog is a question!!! I love to analyse every thing that happens in my day to day life.Anything overwhelming or anything that makes me sad. Well something overwhelming happened today. I was most unexpectedly appreciated for a painting that I posted in a watercolor group of which I am a member. At first it was overwhelming and I even responded to it.After responding,my mind started the process of analysis of the whole process.....from how I felt motivated to paint the subject to how I felt after finishing my painting. Actually, I could not take my eyes off the photograph that was posted by my photographer friend whom I follow closely.My admiration for that person's photography ignited the desire in me to paint and I could not help but make a water colour version of it.I sat through my work in the night till the wee hours of the next morning and was elated with the result.The first thing I did was to post it the next day.Irespective of the likes and comments I g...
